Different from the game clock, the shot clock will never show decimal places. This mean that if it shows 1 on shot clock, there may be only as little as 0.1 second left or as much as 0.9 second left. However, Fisher's shot was at the end of the game when the shot clock was turned off. His 0.4 second was shown up on the game clock.
